Visit with Nonna

Dylan and I recently got back from a visit with Nonna.  We had a wonderful time!  We were able to catch up with a lot of good friends, we visited Nonna at school, we took walks in the cold weather, Dylan played with all of Nonna's cool toys...and we got in some fun chill time at home.  Our time there went by way too quickly!

Dainty eater

I wouldn't call Dylan the daintiest of eaters.  We had a picnic yesterday with his friend Juliette and she gingerly picked up each blueberry, each cheerio, each cheese cube, and put it in her mouth and chewed carefully before reaching for another.  Dylan takes another approach.  He grabs as many things as he can into both hands and stuffs as much as possible into his mouth.  Then, before he's done chewing, he grabs up some more and puts that in too.  It's effective (and messy!).  And as you can see, he has a great time!
