We had a wonderful time in Cincinnati over Thanksgiving! We spent a week with the Wiethes and Mannes and everyone had a blast. We visited three different train exhibits, which elicited so many "Wow! Look at those!" from Dylan and "Choo choo! Choo choo!" from Lina. They were mesmerized. The kids had their first Chuck E Cheese experience, which was obviously a huge hit. Dylan had a great time raking and playing his first leaf piles, the kids did a lot of playing with grandpa and grandma and the cousins.
I just asked Dylan to summarize what we did while there and here was his answer: "We did raking and played with toys, going outside, picking up leaves, going to Chuck E Cheese, building a choo choo track, putting trains on the choo choo track, played with Grandpa, read books with Grandma, ate pizza..." Then he got distracted. But I think that's a pretty good summary!
